What is the difference between soft wash and pressure washing?

soft washing is done using chemicals not pressure. this allows for no high pressure damage to accrue and no ladders needed unless doing a roof wash.

What do you pressure wash?

we pressure wash mostly flat surface projects i.e. cement concrete etc.

What do you soft wash?

we soft wash siding some masonry decks fences roofs etc.

Why can't I do this myself?

you very well can do this yourself pressure washing but take the chance of damaging your property or getting hurt and what would take you 6 hours takes us 1 or less.

What kind of experience do you have?

we have 22 years of on the job experience. we are osha certified. we go to yearly classes to learn that latest and best techniques to do the job correct but at a fast pace to keep you moving with your day.

What kind of equipment do you use?

we use a variety of equipment such as 4000 psi at 5.5 gpm hot water pressure washer. we also use 12v pumps 60 psi and 7 gpm to soft wash low level things such as decks fences etc.. we us gas powered soft wash system at 12 gpm 60 psi for roof washing and high buildings up tp 74 ft.

Would soft wash or pressure washing increase the curbside appeal of my home?

yes and we recommend getting service before listing or appraisals. and get your cement/concrete done every spring due to the damage the winter salts can do.

How long will this take?

1 to 4 hours depending on the job some jobs may take longer but most are around 1 hour.

Do I have to be home while you're working?

we prefer our customers to be home but we make special arrangements all the time.
